Refund Policy

At Grazle (www.grazle.co.in), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our homeware and kitchenware appliances. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Exception: Some vendors have different return policy as per product. Though it will be mentioned on every product, do check the return or refund tab before buying the product.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary goods.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Some health and personal care items.

3. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Processing Time: Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gralze.co.in grazlehomeware@gmail.com and call us at +91 910-820-2334.

7. Shipping

Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Address: To return your product, you should mail your product to: [your return address].

Shipping Times: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over ₹5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
