Cancellation Policy
At Grazle www.grazle.co.in, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Timing: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order processing begins, and it may not be possible to cancel the order.
Procedure: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@grazle.co.in and grazlehomeware@gmail.com or call us at +91 910-820-2334 within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our return and refund policy for guidance on how to return the product for a refund.
Processing Orders: For orders that are in the processing stage but not yet shipped, cancellation may still be possible. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Full Refund: If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
No Refund Fees: There are no cancellation fees for orders canceled within the allowed time frame.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the product has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team to cancel a pre-order.
Special Orders: For special or custom orders, cancellations may not be possible once the order has entered the production phase. Please contact us for more details regarding your specific order.
Subscription Cancellations: If you have signed up for any subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No Refund for Partial Periods: Please note that cancellations of subscription services are not eligible for partial refunds for any remaining period in the current billing cycle.
